Kendriya Vidyalaya admission 2021 for class 1 to 10: Check full schedule, guidelines

Kendriya Vidyalaya Admissions 2021: The application process for admission in classes 1 to 10 in Kendriya Vidyalayas (KV) is just about to begin and the schedule for the same has been released. 

The KV Sangathan has also released the guidelines, including the age limit and reservation for the admissions. The forms for class 1 will be filled online while from class 2 onwards, applicants will have to fill and submit an offline admission from the respective school.

KVS Class 1 admission 2021 schedule

Online registration: Begins April 1, 2021
Last date for registration - April 19, 2021
First Admission List - April 23, 2021
Second List (if seat remains vacant) - April 30, 2021
Third List (If seat remains vacant) - May 5, 2021
Offline registration for RTE, SC / ST, OBC (NCL) (if not enough applications come online) - May 10 to May 13, 2021
Date of release of offline admission list - May 15 to May 20

KVS class 2 to 10 admission 2021: Schedule

Offline registration for available seats: April 8 to April 15, 2021
Release of admission list: April 19 2021 (4 pm)
Admission date: April 20 to April 27, 2021
Last date of admission in all classes (except class 9): 30 May 2021

It may be noted that if any day in the schedule is a public holiday, its next working day will be considered as opening or closing date. For the offline admission list, the applicants are advised to check the notice board of the concerned Kendriya Vidhyalaya where they have applied.

For the reservation guidelines, it has been stated that 25% students will be admitted under the Right to Education (RTE) Act, 15% seats are reserved for SC, 7.5% for ST and 27% for OBC.
