Sanjay Dutt shares a message for Iqra on National Girl Child Day, gets brutally trolled for not wishing Trishala

Marking the occasion of National Girl Child Day on January 24, Sanjay Dutt shared an endearing picture of his daughter with Maanayata Dutt - Iqra on his Instagram page. The actor also wrote a beautiful message alongside the post. 

He captioned the picture writing, "My daughter is my treasure. I pray that every girl child is given the love and care they deserve!" Hi wife Maanayata too commented on the post writing, "The love of your life… your most favourite person of the family #appleofyoureye.”

However, looks like some of the netizens couldn't digest the fact that Dutt shared a picture with his younger daughter Iqra but didn't wish his elder daughter Trishala Dutt. The actor got brutally trolled for the same with a number of haters posting harsh comments on the picture.

Those who are caught unaware, Trishala is Sanjay Dutt's daughter with his first wife, Richa Sharma. She lives in the US with her grandparents. Trishala often shares pictures of her with Sanjay on her Instagram page and keeps her fans posted with the latest goings on in her life. 

Last year, Sanjay Dutt also came under the scanner when the makers of his biopic Sanju, starring Ranbir Kapoor, didn't mention either Trishala or her mother. Meanwhile, on the work front, Dutt will be seen in Panipat alongside Arjun Kapoor. He will also begin shooting for Ranbir Kapoor starrer Shamshera as well.
