Less than a ten days after PM Narendra Modi flagged off Mahamana superfast express from Varanasi, the condition of the train is in ruins.
The swanky train is fully equipped with the modern facilities with dustbins and bio-toilets in every coach. The train also has new renovated and refurbished AC-coaches fitted with led screen.
However, in pictures taken from less than ten days, the train is left in a state of dirt and mess by passengers. As per pictures posted by Uttar Pradesh BJP's Twitter handle some facilities seem to be vandalised.

The train has been named Mahamana Express after Mahamana Madan Mohan Malviya, the founder of the Banaras Hindu University (BHU). It will run between Varanasi and Delhi via Lucknow thrice a week. The train will cover the 800 km distance in less than 14 hours.
