Kim Sharma pens heartfelt note on boyfriend Leander Paes' birthday, calls him ‘soulmate’

Leander Paes' girlfriend, actor Kim Sharma, posted a special birthday message on Instagram on Friday in honour of the tennis icon. Kim uploaded images of Leander at the beach, on the court, at Disneyland, and posing with family members, describing him as her soulmate.

The final image was of Leander and Kim staring fondly at each other as the tips of their noses touched. Another image showed Leander and Kim taking a culinary lesson together.

She captioned the photos, “Happy happy birthday to My Sexy, Cool, Funny, Kind, Loving, Disney loving, Handsome, Irresistible, Goofy, Soulmate. #49 never looked this good baby I love you . May all my wishes for you come true Leo @leanderpaes @julianavansteensel @konikasadler.”

One of the best doubles players in tennis history, Leander Paes, is well-known for his stormy on-court pairings with Mahesh Bhupathi. In the recent episode of the ZEE5 documentary series Break Point, they were both featured. Leander also tried to get into acting with the movie Rajdhani Express.

Kim and Leander started dating in March of last year, but it wasn't until six months later that they made their relationship official. Kim published a series of photos a few months ago that depicted some of the couple's most memorable experiences from the previous year.

Kim posted a carousel of photos and videos to her Instagram account with the caption, "Happy anniversary Charles (heart emoji) 365 days ! Endless moments of happiness and learnings .Thank you for being mine. Love you to bits - Mich."
