Mahendra Singh Dhoni's neverending love for automobiles is the best-known fact amongst his followers. The former Indian skipper is the owner of numerous cars and bikes and his wife has confirmed a new addition to his garage.

While fans at the JSCA Stadium were waiting for MSD's arrival, India's 'Captain Cool' was busy with his new Nissan Jonga.

The Jonga is a car which was used by the Indian Army for a long time and its full name of the SUV is Nissan Jonga 1 Ton. The moment 'Mahi' reached the petrol pump near his house on Sunday, fans started gathering around him and Dhoni granted everyone's wishes by handing out autographs and selfies.

Earlier this year in September, 'Mahi' also added another car -- Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk. Sakshi uploaded a picture on Instagram announcing the arrival of their Jeep Grand Cherokee, and said: "Welcome home #redbeast! Your toy is finally here @mahi7781, really missing you!'

The Cherokee is reportedly worth between Rs 80-90 lakh in India.

Earlier today, India coach Ravi Shastri labelled former Team India skipper MS Dhoni as a 'true Indian legend" of the game on Tuesday in Ranchi.

Earlier in the day, India defeated South Africa by an innings and 202 runs in the third and final Test match to triumph a 3-0 series sweep in MSD's home town.

The day four of the Test match came to an early end when Shahbaz Nadeem, in his debut test match, secured the final two Proteas wickets in back-to-back deliveries as the visitors were all out for 133 runs during their second innings.

The Jharkhand State Cricket Association (JSCA) officials sent an official invitation to MS Dhoni to attend the final Test match of the series in Ranchi. The former India skipper did accept the invitation but arrived late to witness the day four encounter between the two sides from the first ball.

However, he was right on time to witness the home side lift their 3rd consecutive Test series victory of 2019.
