A big-ticket deal took place during Ganesh Chaturthi in Mumbai. The daughter in law of the Adanis — Paridhi Karan Adani — and her father Cyril Shroff bought flats worth Rs 74.66 crore in Worli. The two flats measuring 12,329 sq ft are housed in Three Sixty West.
Both the flats have been registered under APC Benefit Trust, of which Paridhi Adani and Shroff are trustees. Paridhi and her father bought one flat on the 37th floor 6281 sq ft, for which the trust paid Rs 37.33 crore. The other flat is on the 38th floor and measures 6048 sq ft. They also acquired a total of eight car parks and paid Rs 3.72 crore as stamp duty for the registration of the flats. The property was registered on September 19.
However, the Adanis are not the first bigwigs to buy flats in this building. In the past, many Bollywood actors have purchased flats there.
In July, actor Shahid Kapoor and his wife bought a duplex in the same building for Rs 55.60 crore.
Actor Akshay Kumar also had paid Rs 27.94 crore to buy a flat in Three Sixty West in August 2015. Abhishek Bachchan bought a flat there for Rs 41.14 crore in November 2014 and in March this year, Niraj Bajaj paid Rs 120 crore for a flat on the 50th floor of the building.

According to Rajiv Jain, a realtor from South Mumbai, the reason why so many top corporates and celebrities buy properties in this building is because it has one of the biggest usable area to offer. The construction quality is good too, which is why, many known faces bought flats here right at the beginning of the project.
According to Oberoi Realty's website, Three Sixty West is a mixed-use development located in Worli, and comprises two towers. One will house The Ritz-Carlton Hotel and the other will have luxury residences managed by The Ritz-Carlton. The towers are angled in such a way that every flat has a sea view. The building also boasts of multiple lifestyle services at disposal. Spread across two levels, there are zones for sports, fitness, kids’ activities, and lounges too.
