Mumbai Indians will take on Delhi Capitals in the final of IPL 2020 at the Dubai International Cricket Team. This will not just be the clash of two top teams but it will also be the clash of two of the best bowlers in the tournament. The IPL 2020 final will feature Kagiso Rabada and Jasprit Bumrah in action and this will be a very interesting clash as the Purple Cap is up for grabs. Currently, both bowlers are very close in the race and there could be several records broken in the race for the Puple Cap. At this point in time, it will be too close to call as to who is the clear winner of this contest.

Kagiso Rabada is on 29 wickets from 16 games at an average of 17.79 while Jasprit Bumrah has taken 27 wickets in just 14 games at an average of 13.93. What happens if Jasprit Bumrah takes two wickets and Kagiso Rabada takes none? Then, both bowlers will be tied on 29 wickets. However, Jasprit Bumrah will win the Purple Cap as he has played the fewer games as compared to Kagiso Rabada.

There is also another record up for grabs. Kagiso Rabada will need four wickets to break the all-time record for the most wickets in a single edition of the IPL. Dwayne Bravo of Chennai Super Kings took 32 wickets in IPL 2013 and Kagiso Rabada could close in on that record. It looks hard for Bumrah as he will need six wickets but one can never know with the form of the Mumbai Indians pacer.

Brilliant Bumrah

Jasprit Bumrah has been in magnificent form in the IPL, especially against Delhi Capitals. In two games, he has taken seven wickets against them and he will once again be looking to hurt Delhi Capitals. In Qualifier 1, Jasprit Bumrah took 4/14 which were his best figures in the IPL. Mumbai Indians will be bidding for a magnificent fifth IPL title and it will be the first time that they win the tournament in an even year.

For Delhi Capitals, this is the first time that they have entered the final and they will be bidding for glory as they aim to join Sunrisers Hyderabad, Kolkata Knight Riders, Mumbai Indians, Chennai Super Kings and Rajasthan Royals as the list of teams to have won the IPL title.
