People have complained of pain in feet and hands after receiving a dose of the Covishield vaccine, also a common side-effect with some other vaccines. If the pain is not intense, this can be a minor side-effect. But if there is a lot of pain, one should consult a doctor at the earliest. Some people also feel pain in joints and fatigue. The pain can also be limited to one leg rather than both. One should consult a doctor in this case.

Viral flu-like symptoms

Next in line are symptoms like viral influenza. People may experience symptoms like fever, body ache etc. Not everyone experiences these symptoms. However, being a noted side-effect, one should not ignore if they feel such symptoms. Another rare side-effect is a runny nose. This is reportedly more likely in people who have been affected by COVID-19 before they took the vaccine.

Nausea and vomiting

This is another side-effect that people might have after a Covishield shot. This can be accompanied by stomach cramps. Such digestive side-effects have previously been seen in other vaccines too. Like COVID-19, such appetite issues are also noted in flu. Experts believe that eating nutritious food can help alleviate this symptom after the vaccine. However, this is not a common side-effect.
