New song from Ayushmann Khurrana-Ananya Panday-starrer Dream Girl 2 out.
As the release date nears, the makers of Dream Girl 2 have dropped another song from Ayushmann Khurrana and Ananya Panday-starrer. The dance number titled Naach has left fans excited for the movie.
On Wednesday, Ekta Kapoor took to her Instagram and shared the new song from Dream Girl 2 titled Naach. The song features Ananya Panday and Ayushmann Khurrana and gives a glimpse of their sizzling chemistry in the movie. In the song, Ayushmann can be seen flaunting his energetic moves. Sung by Nakaz Aziz, the song is written by Shaan Yadav and composed by Tanishk Bagchi.
The energetic dance moves of Ayushmann Khurrana and Ananya Panday impressed netizens. One of the comments read, “energetic song and energetic performance by Ayushmann Khurrana.” Another wrote, “he slays every single time.” Another wrote, “shaandaar.” Another wrote, “superhit.”
In a recent interview with Bollywood Hungama, Ayushmann Khurrana revealed that he wasn’t sure of Ananya Panday featuring in Dream Girl 2 and said, “I was always thinking that she's an urban girl, and how will she get accustomed to the milieu of Mathura, a city from tier-2 India. But I think she adapted really well. We had a dialect coach Yash Chaturvedi, who helped us with the accent. Every 10 km, the accent changes in our country.”
He added how she proved him wrong by doing a great job in the film and said, "But she was bang on with the accent which is great. If you're a Bombay girl, it's tough to catch those accents. Main toh phir bhi Hindi mei baat karta hu, Hindi mein sochta hu toh mere liye aasan ho jata hai (I speak and think in Hindi so it becomes easy for me). But she's done a great job in the film. And we've seen that in the past also, in Pati Patni Aur Woh. UP ki ek film kar chuki hai (She's already done a film based in Uttar Pradesh).”
Helmed by Raaj Shaandilyaa and Produced by Ekta Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor, "Dream Girl 2" stars Ayushmann Khurrana and Ananya Panday in lead roles. The film also features Paresh Rawal, Rajpal Yadav, Vijay Raaz, Manjot Singh, Abhishek Banerjee, Manoj Joshi, Seema Pahwa, and Annu Kapoor in prominent roles. The movie is scheduled to hit the screens on August 25, 2023.
