Bigg Boss 13 winner Siddharth Shukla, who enjoys a massive fan following, began trending on micro-blogging site Twitter on Thursday after a tweet of the actor went viral.
An emotional tweet put out by the model-turned-actor in the wee hours of Thursday, gave an impression that Sidharth was very sad and that he took to the micro-blogging site to share his feeling with his fans. In his tweet, the actor claimed that he wishes to erase this day from his life but is stuck with the memories.
In his tweet, Sidharth wrote, "Sometimes I wish I could erase this day from the calendar ..... but what does one do of the memories ...!"
Soon after the fans started to wonder if today is the day when Sidharth lost his father Ashok Shukla. While Sidharth did not mention any reason in his tweet, his fans were almost sure that this was the tragic day when he lost his father and the memories had filled the actor with sad thoughts. So, to bring a smile on his face, his fans put out encouraging tweets, showering love on him.
Many fans even shared their life stories in reaction to Sidharth's tweet and asked him to stay strong for his mother and family.
"Sidharth just wanna tell you up there in the sky castle uncle would be so proud of you," wrote a fan.

Earlier when Sidharth Shukla made an appearance on 'Bigg Boss 14' as a 'Toofani Senior', he had spoken about his father to Gauahar Khan and Hina Khan on his birthday. He also shared his precious memories with his father.
In March 2020, Sidharth Shukla, while talking to Humans of Bombay, spoke about turning a kid in front of his mother. He spoke about how she has always been his pillar and rock, and how 'Bigg Boss 13' was the only time he was so away from her.
Talking about his father's passing away and his mother taking over the responsibilities, Sidharth stated, "When dad passed away 15 years ago, it felt like the umbrella over us had been taken away. But my mom was our rock–she never showed any signs of vulnerability. Despite our poor finances, she ran the house, looked after 3 kids and fulfilled all our demands! I know now that she must've had to sacrifice so much to give us what we wanted."
On the work front, Sidharth will be seen in Ekta Kapoor's web series Broken But Beautiful 3. He recently did two music videos with Bigg Boss 13 participant and his good friend Shehnaaz Gill.
