Radhika Pandit is on a roll

Actor Radhika Pandit is in a happy space and the accolades that she has been receiving for her performance in the just released Breaking News seems to have only added to her joy. “Yes, people seem to have loved my performance. The way my character is shaping up in Drama, my first project with director Yograj Bhat, also has me excited. You have always seen me playing the girl next door, but for the very first time you will see me essaying the role of a flirt. The film challenges me as an actor and I thoroughly enjoyed the first schedule that we recently wrapped up. I already miss the team and can’t wait to start working on the second schedule that will take place in Mangalore,” says Radhika.

The happiness on her face is obvious and we ask her if it also has something to do with the fact that she has now been offered a role in Suri’s next venture, Kaddi Pudi. “I admire Suri as a director and would love to do a film with him if offered. The project stars Shivarajkumar in the lead and this comes as a bonus,” she says without confirming the news. Probe her a little further and she says, “What more can I ask for if I get to do back to back films with directors like Yograj Bhat and Suri? But there is nothing official as of now. Currently, I am focused on completing Drama. I am also looking forward to the release of Adhuri. I am sure it will strike a chord with the youth. As for Kaddi Pudi, I know about it only as much as you do,” she signs off.
