Former beauty queen Sushmita Sen, who has managed to charm her way back into the hearts of the viewers with her stellar performance in the Emmy-nominated web series 'Aarya', was recently snapped in Mumbai as she visited a jewellery store.
Clad in a gorgeous white front overlap dress featuring a high low hem, Sushmita looked elegant as ever. Sushmita looked radiant in the white ensemble and rounded off her look with strappy heels and some dainty jewellery. However, when the diva stepped out to oblige the paparazzi and pose for the cameras, she narrowly escaped tripping, but, became a victim to an awkward moment where she sort of had a Marylin Manroe flying dress moment.
But, Sushmita being the graceful diva that she is, handled the situation quite well and within seconds to say the least. As soon as Sushmita tackled the situation and composed herself meanwhile adjusting her dress, she got right back at posing for the shutterbugs with a bright smile on her face.

Sushmita Sen was recently in news after her web series 'Aarya got nominated at the 49th International Emmy Awards in the 'Drama Series' category.
Reacting to the news, Sushmita had said, "It is surreal to know that 'Aarya' has been recognised globally amongst the Best Drama series in the world and to be nominated at a platform as prestigious as the International Emmy Awards is phenomenal." She added, "I am overwhelmed with the love and faith viewers across the world have put into our labour of love and want to thank each one from the bottom of my heart for the encouragement."
Helmed by director Ram Madhvani, the Hotstar Specials show succeeded in weaving a narrative around a dynamic woman who gives her all to save her kids and family. It marked the debut of the former beauty queen in the digital space.
