Ranbir Kapoor's doppelganger Junaid Shah dies of heart attack

Ranbir Kapoor's doppelganger Junaid Shah who hailed from Kashmir died on Friday morning after a heart attack at his residence in Ellahi Bagh area of Srinagar. Junaid first grabbed headlines when pictures of him went viral on the internet in which he had a stark resemblance to Bollywood actor Ranbir. The pictures had appeared on social media first. 

Ranbir's father Rishi Kapoor was also surprised by the striking resemblance Junaid had to Ranbir. He had tweeted about the same and said, "OMG. My own son has a double!!! Promise cannot make out. A good double." 

Not only this, but Junaid's resemblance to Ranbir Kapoor also helped him get several modelling assignments in Mumbai. According to reports, 28-year-old Junaid had recently returned to Valley to take care of his ailing father. Several people took to social media to express shock over his sudden death.

Senior Kashmiri journalist Yousuf Jameel wrote, "Our old neighbor Nissar Ahmed Shah's son Junaid passed away due to massive cardiac arrest overnight. People say he was a lookalike of Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor.I say he was a big hope, strength & salvation of his ailing father and his mother & that of whole Kashmir. Magfirah!"
