Sixty-nine north-bound trains were running late while 16 have been rescheduled.
Dense fog shrouded the national capital this morning with the minimum temperature dipping to 8.2 degrees Celsius, one notch above the season's average.
The blanket of fog also brought down visibility levels which affected train operations.

As many as 69 north-bound trains were running late while 16 have been rescheduled, four cancelled a railways spokesperson said.
Nine international flights have been delayed and one has been cancelled in Delhi. Three domestic flights have been delayed and two are cancelled.
Visibility was recorded at 200 metres at 5.30 am, which subsequently improved to 400 metres by 8.30 am, a weather official said. "The maximum temperature is likely to be around 19 degrees Celsius and partly cloudy conditions will prevail through the day," the official said.
Humidity was maximum at 100% at 8.30 am. Yesterday, the maximum temperature had plunged to 18.5 degrees, two notches below the normal, while the minimum was recorded at 10.5 degrees Celsius.
