The Andhra Pradesh government on Wednesday announced a financial assistance of Rs 5 crore to flood-hit Jammu and Kashmir.
The state government also decided to send 300 metric tonnes of ready-to-eat food to Jammu and Kashmir, official sources said.
Already 145 tonnes of food packets have been dispatched through the Indian Air Force for distribution to the flood-ravaged people, they added.
