David, Victoria Beckham's eldest son Brooklyn talks about their parenting

Soccer star David Beckham and fashion designer Victoria's son, Brooklyn, says his parents are "strict".

The couple have four children - Brooklyn, 16, Romeo, 13, Cruz, 10, and four-year-old Harper - and have ground rules for all of them though they do not always share the same stance on certain issues, was reported.

"They're both strict, but about different things. Mum is constantly telling us not to play football in the house," he said.

However, one thing the pair is not too strict about is curfews as Brooklyn says his parents are "really cool" when he goes out at weekends. "My parents are really cool, as I never get in that late anyway."

David previously said he chaperones Brooklyn's dates, and his son admitted the comments were not a joke, but the soccer star does not do that anymore.
