Shehnaaz Gill and Sidharth Shukla have been linked ever since 'Bigg Boss 13' ended, however, they have claimed to be just friends.
‘Bigg Boss 13’ contestants Shehnaaz Gill and Sidharth Shukla often make headlines because of their relationship. The two have been linked together on multiple occasions ever since the show ended. Recently, Shehnaaz opened up on her friendship with Sidharth and said that she ‘felt nice’ about the love he showered on her.
While appearing on ‘Social Media Star With Janice’, Shehnaaz shared her thoughts behind ‘Sidnaaz’, an amalgamation of her and Sidharth’s names, given to them by their fans.
“The only secret behind why SidNaaz is still a thing is because it is genuine. We shared a pure relationship. I think people connect to that. The way he adored and showered love on me, I really felt nice about it. We both had the same sort of feelings for each other. It was very cute. I myself will agree that my relationship with him is different. He is like my family,” she said.
During the course of the show, Shehnaaz was given a dare to send a voice message in an intimidating tone to any one of her friends from ‘Bigg Boss’, saying, “Teri himmat kaise hui? Main aa rahi hoon (How dare you? I am coming).” The actress initially said that she is not in touch with any from the reality show, however, on being reminded of Sidharth, she sent him the voice note.
In her phone, Shehnaaz had saved Sidharth’s number as Siddy and after host Janice Sequeira pointed out that their WhatsApp chat window had no previous conversation, Shehnaaz was left laughing and blushing.
Post ‘Bigg Boss 13’ Shehnaaz also appeared on the reality show ‘Mujhse Shaadi Karoge’, however, she was unable to form a meaningful bond with any of her suitors. The actress admitted that she had feelings for Sidharth, even if he did not feel the same.
Shehnaaz and Sidharth have claimed to be just friends ever since the show ended. Last month, as fans speculated that the two have broken up, Sidharth shared a cryptic post on Twitter. “Been reading a few news articles... Least said they are hilarious… Bhai eyeballs hi chahiye toh kuch positive likh lo...itni negativity kaha se laate ho…How do you all manage to know more about me better than me… least I can say... may God bless you all,” he tweeted.
Shehnaaz and Sidharth have worked together in several music videos such as ‘Shona Shona’ and ‘Bhula Dena’.
