'Thappad' first look: Taapsee Pannu gets slapped in new poster, gives an epic caption to it

Taapsee Pannu's upcoming film is Thappad which she has been one of the films she wrapped in just a month. The movie is helmed by Anubhav Sinha with whom she worked earlier in Mulk. Now, after unveiling the still from Thappad, Taapsee has shared the first poster of the film. In the poster, the actor is seen showing her reaction after getting a tight slap. Her hair is flying and she looks stunning, indeed!

The talented actor posted the poster with a caption stating, "Kya yeh bas itni si baat hai? Kya pyaar mein ye bhi jayaz hai? Yeh #Thappad Ki pehli Jhalak hai! #Thappadfirstlook"

Earlier while talking about Thappad, the actor wrote on her Instagram page, "Final pack up on #Thappad 31 days flew faster than storm but left the same impact. While most of the times I am thanking my stars to get a chance to work with such a director ( in this case I got lucky twice ) but other times I see it as a curse. Curse of too much comfort, too much ease, too complex an emotion simplified too easily, too much to learn, too much of happiness, the only thing too little is the number of days spent on set. Damn! It’s gonna be tough moving on to the next one... Until we shake the world again..... @anubhavsinhaa I shall haunt u as your nutritionist if not an actor!"

Thappad is all set to hit the screens on February 28, 2020.
