'Laal Kaptaan' trailer - chapter one: Saif Ali Khan is deadly in what looks like combo of soldier and ghost

Saif Ali Khan has been impressing time and again with his appearances for Laal Kaptaan. It began with his look for the motion poster, which was unveiled on his birthday, and followed towards the first poster of the film. Now that the makers have unveiled the first trailer of the film, we can safely say Saif Ali Khan has taken it a notch higher!

The actor looks menacing as a saadhu baba who is also out to seek revenge. Saif Ali Khan's introduction in the trailer in itself is quite impressive. Music by Samira Koppikar adds to the horrors Saif's character makes you feel throughout the trailer.

Dragging bodies and making killing people his passion, Saif Ali Khan leaves quite the mark in Laal Kaptaan trailer. His look, especially the deadly locks, designed by Darshan Yewalekar deserve a special mention. As much as the actor's performance, it is his locks and make-up, mostly consisting of ashes, do the talking. Dhananjay Prajapati needs to be credited for the intense make-up of Saif in the trailer and film.

Produced by Eros International and Colour Yellow Productions, Laal Kaptaan is helmed by NH10 director Navdeep Singh. The film has been postponed from October 11 to October 18 release. Apart from Laal Kaptaan, Saif Ali Khan also has movies like Bhoot Police, Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior, Dil Bechaara and Jawaani Jaaneman in his kitty.
