Kriti Sanon to make her 'Koffee With Karan' debut with Kartik Aaryan?

The sixth season of Karan Johar's popular chat show 'Koffee With Karan' has seen a number of celebrities gracing the couch for the first time. From Janhvi Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan, Ishaan Khatter to Prabhas - Karan hosted the maximum numbers of 'Koffee' virgins, this year. Joining the long list now is none other than Kriti Sanon and Kartik Aaryan. The actors have been cast opposite each other in Dinesh Vijan's 'Luka Chuppi'. 

Sharing her excitement on 'Finallyyyy' making her debut on the show, the 'Bareilly Ki Barfi' actor posted a picture from the sets on her Instagram story. 'Finallyyyy Koffee With Karan, Best Koffee Cup ever!," she wrote. We also came across a picture of Kartik Aaryan, which seems to have been taken on the sets of Karan's show.

Since KJo hasn't officially put out his guests' pictures yet, it can't be confirmed whether these two gen-next actors will appear on the show together or not but the fact that both their pictures surfaced at the same time, is surely giving us high hopes. 

Earlier, Kartik had allegedly refused to come on the show since he didn't want to share the couch with Vicky Kaushal. This was said to have had miffed Karan big time.

“Karan and creative team of the show have been approaching actors to be guests on his show Koffee With Karan. Normally, Karan manages to get his friends from the industry and this time around the channel wanted some new actors too on the couch so they were looking for fresh faces we have not seen on the show so far. Since Kartik has delivered a hit this year and has got huge popularity, the team thought he would be perfect to be part of the show. However, Karan wanted him to appear with Vicky Kaushal but Kartik was not keen to come with Vicky,” an insider told a portal. 

Other celebs who appeared on the show for the first time include Vicky Kaushal, Ayushmann Khurrana, Rana Daggubati, SS Rajamouli, Diljit Dosanjh, Kirron Kher among others. In the upcoming episode of the chat show, the Koffee couch will be graced by the Kapoor siblings - Sonam, Rhea and Harshvardhan. Meanwhile, the finale episode will feature Kareena Kapoor Khan and Priyanka Chopra.
