After unveiling the musical teaser of The Archies at the Netflix Tudum event in Brazil in June, the streaming platform Netflix has finally announced the release date of Suhana Khan, Agastya Nanda, and Khushi Kapoor's debut film on Tuesday, August 29, by launching a 100-day countdown for the romantic drama.

On Tuesday morning, Netflix shared a small clip on its social media handles in which the entire The Archies cast, including the three star kids and Aditi Dot, Vedang Raina, Mihir Ahuja, and Yuvraj Menda, are seen posing with different coloured umbrellas in front of a huge hoarding with the film's poster and a countdown that says "100 days to go". The Archies is the fifth full-length feature film by Zoya Akhtar after making box office hits and critically appreciated movies: Luck By Chance, Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, Dil Dhadakne Do, and Gully Boy.
