As per box office report by sacnilk.com, Shah Rukh Khan’s film is estimated to earn Rs 14 crore on day 13, which will take the total to Rs 507.8 crore in India. Talking about the worldwide collection, Vijay Sethupathi-starrer is expected to cross Rs 900 crore. Meanwhile, Shah Rukh Khan's Pathaan, which had hit theatres earlier this year in January, had collected Rs 1055 crore gross globally and Rs 534 crore net in India. With Jawan, the superstar is on course to break his own records as the film faces no strong competition untill Fukrey 3 and The Vaccine War arrives in theatres on September 28.

In December, SRK will be back with his third release of the year. Dunki, directed by Rajkumar Hirani and also starring Taapsee Pannu, has been highly awaited since its announcement as it brings together the magic of Shah Rukh Khan and Rajkumar Hirani together for the very first time. The film releases in cinemas on December 22.

While talking about SRK’s next film, Jawan director Atlee said that Dunki will break the box office records of Pathaan and Jawan. In his interview with Koimoi, the filmmaker said, "Dunki will, obviously, cross Jawan and Pathaan. That's how the ecosystem should be, we should keep our peaks growing with every film. Now, I have to cross Jawan with my next film. I am really happy for Khan sir, I don't think anyone in the world will have this record of three Rs 1000 crore films in a single year. I am also praying and wishing best for him."
