Shah Rukh Khan's Jawan has already crossed Rs 800 crores worldwide, and the Hindi version will enter the 400-crore club on Sunday.
Shah Rukh Khan's Jawan has shown a remarkable jump on the second Saturday, and the Hindi version of the film will easily enter into the 400-crore club on Sunday. Released on September 7, as Sacnilk reported, Jawan has collected Rs 389 crore in its first week, with Rs 347 crore from the Hindi version, Rs 23.86 crore from the Tamil version, and Rs 18.04 crore from the Telugu version.
As Sacnilk reported, Jawan started 2nd week on a good note by collecting Rs 19 crores on Friday. On its second Saturday, the film earned Rs 31 crores, taking the grand net total of Rs 440 crores from all the languages. As far as the worldwide collections are concerned, Jawan has earned Rs 270 crores from overseas. In 10 days, Jawan has earned Rs 800 crores worldwide.
On Friday, team Jawan held a success press conference in Mumbai, and it was attended by the cast and crew members. At one point during the Q&A session, Shah Rukh addressed his hiatus and said, “I did not work for a long time. I was very nervous that I had not worked for such a long time. For me to get back on a set after a period of three years itself was very new. I was feeling very different.”
He told media persons and the fans gathered there that it was something that his son Aryan and daughter Suhana said with regard to his youngest kid AbRam that motivated him. “My elder son told me, ‘we know when we were growing up what stardom in the air feels like because your films were big hits, but this little one knows you are a star but has never felt it in the air. So for the next five films, please work very hard and make him feel it in the air’,” recalled Shah Rukh. After Pathaan and Jawan, SRK will bring his third release, Dunki in Christmas 2023.
