Naagin 3: Karishma Tanna, Anita Hassanandani who? Rajat Tokas slays it as Naag Raaj in the first promo

Finally, the first promo of Ekta Kapoor's much anticipated Naagin 3 has been unveiled and it's not the Naagins Karishma Tanna and Anita Hassanandani, but the Naag Raj Rajat Tokas who totally slays it in the teaser. While the Naagin 3 promo begins with the familiar background score and music, characteristic to the previous seasons of Naagin, giving you a deja vu feels, it also drops subtle obvious hints at what the crux of the story will be this time. 

The promo opens with snake couple Karishma and Rajat romancing on a full moon night when a group of miscreants set their evil eyes on Karishma. While Rajat is killed by them, Karishma is apparently sexually assaulted. Looks like she then comes back in the avatar of Anita, to avenge all that she had to go through. 

Earlier, rumour mills were busy churning that the story of Naagin 3 is inspired by Rajkumar Kohli's Naagin and Jaani Dushman and if the first promo is anything to go by, the rumours appear to be true. 

While Karishma Tanna does look stunning in her part, it is Rajat Tokas who steals the show completely in the first teaser. Their chemistry also looks quite palpable. Unfortunately, we don't get to see much of Anita Hassanandani in the first promo of Naagin 3 while Surbhi Jyoti doesn't make an appearance at all.
