Gauahar Khan and Zaid Darbar tied the knot on December 25. Photos from the couple's pre-wedding and wedding festivities that included the 'chiksa', 'mehendi' 'wedding' and wedding reception' ceremonies took the Internet by storm.
The wedding festivities that concluded on December 25 after the couple hosted a reception in the evening in Mumbai was attended by their family member and close friends including fashion designer Manish Malhotra and filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali.
Pictures shared on social media from the same left fans of Gauahar and Zaid in awe of how regal the two were looking in their elaborate, custom-made outfits.

And now, a viral video of the bride breaking into an impromptu dance on 'Jhalla Wallah' which was picturised on Gauahar and Arjun Kapoor in the film 'Ishaqzaade', is doing the rounds on the Internet.
In the video, one can see Gahauhar, who is seated next to Zaid while her friend Preeti Simoes performed in front of the bride and groom, suddenly getting up and walking towards the stage and then gives an impromptu performance, exactly aping the steps that she had danced to in the song.
Despite donning a heavy lehenga, Gauahar gave a fabulous performance which certainly is worth watching. Take a look.
Meanwhile, Gauahar and Zaid chose to twin with their wedding outfit colour. While Gauahar wore a heavily embroidered ivory-hued Sharara along with traditional bridal jewellery, Zaid chose a sherwani and churidar in the same colour.
On Thursday, a day before the wedding, Gauahar shared photos of her mehndi ceremony for fans and followers.
Noted music composer Ismail Darbar's son Zaid also shared photographs clicked after the mehndi ceremony and wrote, "Writing our love story on each other's hearts forever with the blessings of our family and friends and above all Allah."
