GTA V mod weaponizes the Galaxy Note 7 to hilarious effect

The Samsung Galaxy Note 7 started out as a great phone, until it started exploding.

The incidents, caused by a widespread manufacturing defect injured customers and torched hotel rooms, eventually leading to a mass recall. Ever since, the Note 7 has become an unfortunate meme on the internet, as clearly shown in GTA V.

One gamer has built a mod that swaps out the assets for a sticky bomb with a Note 7, allowing GTA V players to weaponize the blast-prone smartphone in Los Santos.
