Both phones feature a 10.5MP front-facing camera. Notable software enhancements include Night Sight Video, Video Boost technology, and improved AI-powered voice control.

The Pixel 8 series is priced higher than its predecessors, starting at $700 for the Pixel 8 and $1,000 for the Pixel 8 Pro. Despite the price increase, Google's wide launch includes availability in twenty countries.
