What would you find if you googled the name 'Submission Sorority?' WWE thinks you would find the tag team of women wrestlers Paige, Becky and Charlotte. But when WWE fans around the world search the name, they are likely to find links to porn sites!

The term 'Submission Sorority' does evoke not-so-innocent meanings if you think about it. Apparently, this idea bypassed the WWE Creative team completely, and also escaped the minds of the ill-fated Divas.

According to wrestling sites, soon after the unfortunate Divas were teamed up under the name Submission Sorority, users searching for the name began to find pornographic links. As if this was not embarassing enough, some porn sites thanked WWE and owner Vince McMahon for the 'jump in traffic'. In fact, one porn site planned to send gifts to the WWE as a mark of appreciation.

WWE then balked, initially planning to change the name to Submission Sisters. Better sense prevailed though, and now the team seems to be called 'PCB' - the initials for the names Paige, Becky and Charlotte.

WWE, which is a PG show since 2008, cannot afford this kind of embarassment. It has been trying to promote 'family friendly content' for several years now - cutting out things like bleeding and chair shots to the head - and CEO Linda McMahon has run twice for the Senate on a Republican Party ticket.
