Amazon has revised the dates for the upcoming mega sale on the e-commerce platform, Great Indian Festival 2021.
All the online shoppers excitedly wait for the sales that hit all the major shopping and e-commerce platforms during the festive season, which is set to commence from October this year. This festive season, Amazon brings good news for all its regular customers.
Amazon has decided to revise its dates for the Great Indian Festival 2021 this year. As per the revised dates, the Great Indian Festival 2021 is set to commence from October 3, 2021. Earlier, it was announced that the sale will begin on October 4, 2021.
While announcing the sale, Manish Tiwari, Vice President, Amazon India, said, “This year’s Great Indian Festival is a celebration of the resilience of local shops and small and medium sellers. We are humbled by their spirit and delighted with the opportunity to partner and enable their growth, especially in view of recent challenges owing to the pandemic.”
To further excite the customers ahead of this festive season, Amazon has decided to begin the sale a day early, from October 3, 2021. The Great Indian Festival sale by Amazon is conducted every year ahead of the Navratri and Diwali celebrations.
As a special treat to online shoppers this year, Amazon changed the around a week-long festive sale to a month-long festival. Amazon has over 8.5 lakh sellers across the country including over 75,000 local shops from 450 cities and other sellers under various Amazon programs.
Customers who wish to shop during Amazon’s Great Indian Festival 2021 can do so in the following languages- English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Marathi, and Bengali. Customers can also use Hindi support for shopping through the Alexa voice assistant.
It has been reported that this year, over 1000 new products will be launched during the Amazon sale, including brands such as Apple, Asus, Fossil, HP, Lenovo, OnePlus, Samsung, Sony, and Xiaomi. This year, customers will also have the option of saving 28% more with GST invoices on products such as laptops, printers, networking devices, office electronics, vacuum cleaners.
