Sahil Malik remanded in police custody till November 4

Sahil Malik, the boyfriend of Rinki Choudhary, who has been arrested on the charges of murdering the model-cum-actress, was today remanded in police custody for four days, even as name of one more person surfaced in the case, police said.

Malik was produced before a local court which remanded him to police custody till November 4 for interrogation, police said.

One Shivender's name emerged during the interrogation of Malik, police said, adding they were looking for Shivender to question him.

The family members of Rinki, who allegedly committed suicide, have accused Malik of killing her.

Rinky's family also alleged Malik was financially dependent on her and was forcing her for marriage.

Rinky, 28, whose real name is Sabnam Mandal, was found hanging from the ceiling by her boyfriend at her home in Vallabh Society in suburban Goregaon on Thursday.
