CREDAI BANM’s 18th mega property exhibition begins today at CIDCO Exhibition Centre, Vashi, showcasing multiple options, says Vijay Pandya
While buying a property, either for self use or as an investment, the basic objective is always value appreciation. This, in turn, is linked to the scope for new development and creation of job opportunities. These, again, are dependent on significant infrastructure growth taking place. For this reason alone, Navi Mumbai and its peripheral areas are a good property purchase destination in the current scenario.
Over the past few years, Navi Mumbai has been quietly making the transition from an emerging location to a complete residential destination. From connectivity to shopping facilities and entertainment hubs to educational institutions, it has been gradually assembling all the essential ingredients to have the perfect combination that attracts home seekers.
The upcoming international airport is the icing on the cake where the residents and realtors are concerned.
Not only does it justify all their predictions of Navi Mumbai being a place with potential, but the announcement also paves the way for all the trappings that accompany one, right from luxury hotels to convention centres.
The best place to find the options in this area under one roof is the 18th mega property exhibition organised by Builders Association of Navi Mumbai (CREDAI BANM), which begins today. It is being held from January 26 to 29, 2018 at CIDCO Exhibition Centre, Vashi, Navi Mumbai, spread over more than 3.5 acres. More than 100 members are participating with 75 stalls. Top financial institutions and associates of real estate fraternity too are present at the exhibition, which will be the biggest of its kind in Navi Mumbai. The visitors will get a large variety of properties to choose under one roof right from affordable housing to luxury housing to bungalows and N.A. plots.
The flat sizes on offer will be from 300 sq. ft. to 10,000 sq. ft. The flat prices will range from about Rs. 12 lakh onwards. There will be special and exciting offers at the exhibition. The venue comprises of cafeteria for refreshments and kids zone. To explore the exhibition at ease adequate convenient car parking will be available. The venue is easily accessible from National Highway and Vashi Railway Station.
The 16th and 17th editions of the property exhibition were held at the same venue and attracted more than 1 lakh visitors each year from all over Maharashtra. This year the exhibition will be inaugurated by celebrity Karishma Kapoor.
Many infrastructure developments including the international airport, flyovers, new trains, SEZs, NAINA, will also change the skyline of the Navi Mumbai real estate market, creating a world class city with new benchmarks of connectivity, social infrastructure and higher standards of living. Job generation and quality of life will see home buying decisions being made out of choice in this futuristic destination.
