Angelina Jolie wants to reconcile with Brad Pitt, drags out divorce talks

It's been more than 14 months since Angelina Jolie split from husband Brad Pitt. But now the reports of the possible reconciliation have started to surface. 

According to Life and Style magazine, the divorce is in a deadlock because Angelina Jolie wants to reconcile with Brad Pitt. The Fight Club star on the other hand just wants this to be over. Quoting sources, the magazine reported that despite the ironclad prenup contract, Pitt has been offering various financial settlements to Jolie including a recent one of $100 million.

The couple has six kids, Maddox, 16, Pax, 13, Zahara, 12, Shiloh, 11, and twins Knox and Vivienne who are nine-year-old. Pitt's alleged feud with their eldest son Maddox was one of the reasons Jolie has made it difficult for Pitt to get custody of their kids.

The alleged incident led to an anonymous call being placed with the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services over claims that the 52-year-old actor had been physically and verbally abusive towards Maddox.

Despite the issues, Pitt has been taking up projects that will shoot in and around California so that he can be close to his kids, says the report. Pitt is working on sci-fi movie Ad Astra and producing a movie titled Backseat. Both the projects are filming close to LA.
