Adam Sandler is all set to play the role of a Dracula in his new animated family comedy, Hotel Transylvania.

He will be rejoining fellow actors Kevin James, David Spade and Steve Buscemi from the comedy hit Grown Ups, reports the Independent.

A release from the studio revealed that the film is about a group of legendary monsters who stay at a five-stake resort (not five-star), where monsters and their families can live it up, free from interference from humans - until a regular person stops for the night.

Singer Cee Lo Green also has joined the cast as Murray the Mummy, who entertained the great Pharaohs.

The movie is scheduled for release in September 2012.
