The official reason for his departure has not been disclosed, but it is anticipated that Bumrah will rejoin the team if the Men in Blue successfully qualify for the Super Fours of the competition.
According to reports, Bumrah is currently in excellent physical condition and may have left for India to attend to personal matters. In his absence, Mohammed Shami is highly likely to make his comeback to the playing XI, as the match against Nepal is a crucial one for both teams. The team that secures their first victory in the Asia Cup will advance to the next round.
Meanwhile, in the match against Pakistan, India's top order suffered a catastrophic collapse and struggled against the formidable bowling attack of Shaheen Shah Afridi, Haris Rauf, and Naseem Shah. Consequently, the team's objective will be to improve their performance in the upcoming match.
