Ashok Boob, the managing director of Clean Science and Technology Limited started his entrepreneurial journey with his nephew at the age of 54 and got himself a place in the Forbes list. 

He founded Clean Science and Technology with his family in 2003 as a producer of specialized chemicals. Its components are used in everything from baby feeding formula to cosmetics and cereals. It also makes cough medicines and pharmaceutical intermediaries for antiretrovirals. 

Siddharth Sikchi (Ashok Boob’s nephew) and Ashok Boob’s younger brother Krishnakumar, both serve as executive directors with whom he divides his wealth. According to Forbes, the Pune-based company made its debut in July 2021 at a price that was almost twice as high as its IPO price.

Boob graduated from the Institute of Chemical Technology in Mumbai with a bachelor’s degree in Chemical engineering. 

He has been working for over 25 years and held several significant positions in his career. He was an executive director at Mangalam Drugs and Organics Limited till 2004. His experience integrating cutting-edge engineering solutions into manufacturing allows the firm to successfully commercialize the success found in R&D labs, which has helped it accomplish important objectives.

According to Forbes, Ashok Boob is one of the wealthiest persons in the nation with a combined net worth of $2.09 billion for him, and his family, and Boob alone as of 2022 has a net worth of $1.2 billion.
