On July 20, exactly one month before, Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt walked the ramp for Manish Malhotra's Bridal Couture show in Mumbai, promoting their romantic comedy Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. Deepika Padukone cheered for her husband, while sitting along with the film's director Karan Johar.

During the show, Ranveer left his ramp walk in the middle and went on to kiss Deepika on her cheek, touched his mother Anju Bhavnani's feet, and even kissed Karan Johar on his cheek, before returning to take the center stage. The video of the same adorable moment went viral on social media.

Now, another video has surfaced from the same event in which the Pathaan actress is seen scolding the paparazzi for taking her pictures at the fashion show's backstage. In the small clip shared by one of her fan pages, Deepika can be seen telling the paps, "Yahan allowed nahi hai (this is not allowed here)".

The video was shared with the caption, "Deepika Padukone is the best one to undermine the media people and come off looking good. Media and paps always cross their line, better call them off every now and then." Netizens also supported the actress in the comments section. While one of them wrote, "She said it in the most graceful way, other stars of her stature would have lost cool", while another added, "Because the models are resting at the back stage, she is right, media is not allowed there."

On the work front, Deepika Padukone will be seen next in a special appearance in Shah Rukh Khan's action-packed entertainer Jawan, which releases in cinemas on September 7. The actress also has the pan-India film Kalki 2898 AD with Prabhas, Kamal Haasan, and Amitabh Bachchan and aerial actioner Fighter with Hrithik Roshan, both lined up for release next year.

Recently, there have been reports stating that the actress will play Ajay Devgn's sister in Singham Again. The upcoming action drama, which is scheduled to release on Independence Day 2024, will be the fifth film in Rohit Shetty's cop universe after Singham, Singhma Returns, Simmba, and Sooryavanshi.
