This actress likely to play Sonam Kapoor's love interest in 'Ek Ladki Ko Dekha To Aisa Laga'?

Sonam Kapoor has shown her acting prowess with some stellar performances in over the course of her Bollywood career, spanning over a decade.

The actress has floored the audience, fans and followers with not just her brilliant dress sense and impressive style, but also impactful and versatile performances in several of her films. 

The diva, who wooed us with her acting skills in three films this year, is now gearing up for the release of her upcoming film Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga. 

While the trailer doesn't reveal much, reports suggest that Sonam is essaying the role of a homosexual, named Sweety in the flick.

And according to a report by Bollywoodlife.com, Veere Di Wedding actress' love interest, Kuku in the film, will be played by Regina Cassandra.

Regina, who has been a part of several Telegu, Tamil and Kannada films, will be making her Hindi film debut with Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga.  

However, nothing on the same has been confirmed.

Directed by Shelly Chopra Dhar, ELKDTAL also stars Anil Kapoor, Rajkummar Rao and Juhi Chawla in lead roles. 

With the film, the father-daughter duo of Anil and Sonam Kapoor will share the screen space for the first time. 

Earlier this week, the makers of Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga dropped its trailer online, after which the lead cast of the flick received a lot of appreciation 
for their performance in the same.
