Worked in about 200 films, and he became such a presence in Bollywood that in whatever film he appeared, the audience was in awe. We are talking about the comedic genius Rajpal Yadav.

Even though Rajpal Yadav has become a superstar of films today, the desi feeling of the village still adorns his personality. Rajpal Yadav, born on March 16, 1971, in Kulra town of Shahjahanpur district of Uttar Pradesh, has spread his talent in more than 200 films till now. R

Rajpal Yadav's father was a simple farmer. But as soon as he was born, Rajpal Yadav had the urge to do something. Recently, in an interview given to Lallantop, Rajpal Yadav said, "When I was studying in school, one day my father went to school with me. He told my master that pass my son only when he was worthy of passing. So I started concentrating on my studies. After this, when I passed school, the urge to do a job arose. I wanted to join the army. One day I heard that an army recruitment rally was going on in a nearby village. I also went to participate in this rally."

Rajpal Yadav's height at that time was 5 feet and 4 inches. When the army officers saw him at the rally, they dropped him from recruitment. Rajpal Yadav was heartbroken by this. 17-year-old Rajpal made every effort to increase his height. Rajpal says, "I wanted to increase my stature at all costs. I was 5 feet and 4 inches tall in those days and someone told me that hanging increases height. After this, I started hanging out daily. I tried hard but there was no increase in my height."

Even though Rajpal Yadav's heart was broken, his inner dreams were stirring. Rajpal Yadav started trying for a job and in 1990, after two years, his hard work paid off.

Rajpal Yadav got a job as a tailor in an ordinance factory. This job gave proof of Rajpal's ability to his family. Rajpal Yadav says, "When I got the job, my family members were very happy. As it happens in the village, as soon as one gets a job, the family members start worrying about marriage. My father also fixed my marriage."

In 1991, Rajpal Yadav was out of the house and his wife was pregnant. Suddenly one day news came to Rajpal Yadav that his wife had died. Rajpal Yadav's wife died after giving birth to a daughter.

Rajpal Yadav was also only 20 years old and there was a mountain of sorrow in front of him. Speaking about his experience, Rajpal Yadav said, "I was only 20 years old in those days and did not have that much understanding. Didn't know how to deal with sorrows. But my mother, aunt, and all the women in the family took care of my daughter."

After this, Rajpal Yadav concentrated his attention on theater and took admission to Bharatendu Natya Academy in 1992. He took acting training here for 2 years and traveled to the National School of Drama. After completing the acting course, he dreamed of the film world and came to Mumbai.

In the year 1999, Rajpal Yadav got work in his first film Dil Kya Kare. However, this film could not make any significant addition to Rajpal's career. But Ram Gopal Varma's eyes landed on Rajpal. At the time, Ram Gopal Varma was casting for his film Jungle. Rajpal Yadav was also cast in this film. When this film was released in the year 2000, big celebrities were stunned after seeing Rajpal's acting. It was from here that Rajpal Yadav started acting like a successful film star.

After this, Rajpal Yadav did amazing roles in films like Chandni Bar, Company, Lal Salaam, Hum Kisi Se Kam Nahi, Haasil, among others.

The year 2003 came and Rajpal got the film Hungama directed by the king of comedy Priyadarshan. From here the success of comedy started and he gave many great films one after the other.
