According to reports, Aryan Khan has rejected a whopping offer of Rs 120 crore by OTT platform.
Aryan Khan is all set to make his directorial debut with the web series Stardom and if reports are to be believed, Shah Rukh Khan will also have a cameo in the movie, however, recently, reports claim that Aryan has dropped the actor’s cameo and even rejected a huge offer of Rs 120 crore by deciding not to see his series to OTT platform before it’s completion.
According to a report from Times Now, Aryan Khan has been offered Rs 120 crore from major OTT platforms, however, he has turned the offer. A source close to the Khan family told the portal, “Where filmmakers are signing up for Seasons 3 4 & 5 even before Season 1 is complete, look at this boy's integrity and self-confidence. He won't sell his series to any buyer until he is ready with the finished product, post-production editing, and all.”
Another report from Kiomi revealed that Aryan Khan has dropped Shah Rukh Khan’s cameo from his debut web series. A source told the entertainment portal, “Ever since Aryan chose direction and not acting as his profession, SRK has made it very clear that he wants to be a part of Aryan’s web series. But Aryan would rather not invite comments of star-son privileges so early in his career. So no, I don’t think SRK will be in Stardom.”
Aryan Khan recently launched his own street-style clothing brand named D'YAVOL X and Shah Rukh Khan turned model to promote his brand. He also directed a short advertisement featuring his father for the brand and the signature jacket worth lakhs got sold out in no time.
Meanwhile, Shah Rukh Khan is currently gearing up for his upcoming movie Jawan. The action thriller is helmed by Atlee and also stars Vijay Sethupathi, and Nayanthara along with Sanya Malhotra, Priyamani, and others in key roles. Other than this, Deepika Padukone and Thalapathy Vijay will also have an action-packed cameo in the movie which is set to release in theatres on September 7. The actor also has Rajkumar Hirani’s movie Dunki in the pipeline which also stars Taapsee Pannu. The movie is set to release in December this year.
