Akshay Kumar and Kareena Kapoor Khan's 'Good News' is due on THIS date!

Ever since the makers of Good News made it official that Kareena Kapoor Khan will be seen opposite Akshay Kumar in the film, the excitement of the fans has reached an all time high. Fans had been waiting with baited breath to see which project Kareena takes up after her immensely successful comeback to the silver screens post Taimur's birth, with Veere Di Wedding. 

While the film has already gone on floors and the other two actors -- Diljit Dosanjh and Kiara Advani, have already completed shooting for the first schedule of the film. On Monday, Akshay took to his social media pages to share the release date of the movie with a quirky caption. 

Akshay shared, "#GoodNews due on 6th September, 2019." and tagged all those associated with the film. The movie, which is being helmed by Raj Mehta, revolves around two couples and their pregnancy woes. While Akshay and Kareena play one of the married couples, Diljit and Kiara play the other.

Good News reunited Akshay and Kareena in a full fledged feature film post their last outing together in 2009 - Kambakkht Ishq. We had earlier reported that Akshay is likely to join Kareena for the film's shoot on January 27. 

A source had told DNA After Hrs, "Akshay has given his dates from the last week of January. The entire crew, including Kareena Kapoor Khan, Kiara Advani and Diljit Dosanjh will also be shooting in Mumbai for the second schedule of the film. He will join them on the sets around January 27.”
