Woman bites through cable attached with Apple iPhone 14 to steal it from Apple store, watch bizarre video

Apple iPhone is trending all over social media platforms as the launch of Apple iPhone 15 is just a few days away, however, Apple iPhone has made it to the news due to a completely different reason. Over the past year, Apple store robberies have gone really creative and another one has now joined that wagon. As per a report by South China Morning Post, a woman has been arrested by the authorities who chewed through the Apple store’s anti-theft cord to steal the Apple iPhone 14 Plus that costs around Rs 80,000. The bizarre incident has also been caught on camera leaving netizens baffled.

As seen in the video, the woman leaned over the counter in front of the display and placed her hand on the phone. She left the store with the Apple iPhone 14 Plus in her bag after she chewed the security cable attached to the device. The store was open during the heist and the alarm also went off but the workers of the Apple store didn’t notice anything unusual when they approached the woman.

While the woman was chewing through the cable, she pretended to scroll through the Apple iPhone 14. The woman was arrested 30 minutes after the theft. Apple iPhone 14 Plus features a 6.7-inch Super Retina XDR display. The smartphone is powered by an improved A15 Bionic chip as seen in the Apple iPhone 13 Pro models. When it comes to cameras, the Apple iPhone 14 Plus features a dual rear camera setup with a 12MP main sensor and an ultra-wide sensor. The Apple iPhone 14 Plus is 5G capable and Apple claims that the smartphone can last up to 26 hours on a single charge. It supports a new crash detection feature as well.
