New deals are up this hour, although it seems like some old ones are back, and some from the last hour have remained. We'll still tell you which of those deals are worth dropping money on.

The iPhone 5s 16GB Gold edition is on sale. This model is two generations old now, which might be a little too far back for Apple fans to consider. However, the Gold edition does have a really nice look to it, so it might actually be worth dropping Rs 28,749 just for that. Then again, the Mi4 16Gb is back on the roster, so that's pound-for-pound the better investment at Rs 12,999. If you want just a basic handset though, the Micromax YU Yunique is on sale for Rs 4,999. Take note, there's no real discount there, that's the standard price for the phone, so you can afford to sit on this decision for a while.

And if battery life is an issue for you, the YU Jyuice 5000mAh power bank is available for a meagre Rs 599, definitely the best price you can get for a portable charger of this capacity.

For laptops, the Dell Inspiron 15 3542 is up for grabs at Rs 26,012. It's a decent performer with a 4th gen 13 processor, 4GB RAM and a 1TB hard disk. It likely won't run Windows 10, but it's perfect as a daily-use PC, with plenty of built-in storage. Again, it ships with Ubuntu, so make sure that's your speed before you buy. On the other hand, the HP 250 G3 Notebook (L9S61PA) costs Rs 25,990 and has a better processor. It also ships with DOS, perfect if you know how to install an OS yourself.

If, however, your  main use for a laptop is surfing the net, checking your mail, and using Google's storage options, check out the Xolo Chromebook (HR-116R) for Rs 9,999. It has a Rockchip quad-coreprocessor, 2GB RAM, and 16GB internal storage with 100GB of Google cloud storage free. It's the perfect office laptop and it's as cheap as a budget phone.

On the camera front, the Sony Cybershot W830 Digital Camera is available for Rs 7,090. It's a simple point-and-shoot, with 20MP sensor and it looks nice enough to boot. Consider picking it up for your parents or your teenage relative with a passion for photography. A point-and-shoot can be the best way to introduce someone to the finer points of photography before you plunk an expensive DSLR into their hands.
