Jharkhand State Housing Board has sent a notice to Indian ODI cricket captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni for wrong allotment of land, reports Zee News. The new Housing Board Managing Director Dilip Jha has issued the notice after receiving complaints.
The skipper was alloted land by the state government in Harmu Housing Colony. He was later given another plot adjacent to the one in the Colony, the report added.
While he was in the news in this matter before, this is the forst time he was sent a notice in this regard.
The report says that the housing board has tried to keep the matter confidential and officials have refused to speak to the media.
According to the report, the method of plot allotment itself was incorrect leading the housing board to cancel quite a few allotments.
