One of the wittiest and mysterious cricketers on Twitter - Wasim Jaffer - has made it a point to keep confusing fans and netizens with his coded tweets about the upcoming game.

The 14th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) is no different, while he had put fans guessing about his support for which team, for the second clash between Delhi Capitals (DC) and Chennai Super Kings (CSK) at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai, his tweet has yet again got fans confused.

Ahead of the much-awaited clash between MS Dhoni and Delhi's newly-appointed skipper Rishabh Pant, the former Indian batsman took to his Twitter to give advice to both the teams.

The batting coach of the IPL franchise Punjab Kings (PBKS), tweeted a coded message as he picked two players to watch out.

"Picking 2 players to watch out for tonight. I’ll reveal the names in the evening, but let’s see how many decode it before that #CSKvDC #IPL2021," the 43-year-old tweeted.

While the fans could easily decode the player from Delhi Capitals (DC), there was confusion regarding the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) player. The cricket enthusiasts were not sure if the veteran was indicating towards Sam Curran.

Jaffer had picked Prithvi Shaw as the player to watch out for as the 21-year-old made sure to grab all the attention during the recently concluded Vijay Hazare Trophy.

The right-hander, who was out of form during the series Down Under against Australia, regained his form and emerged as the highest run-getter with a whopping 827 runs including 4 centuries in the domestic tournament.

As for Sam Curran, the young lad from England was a revelation of the Super Kings in IPL 2020. He is expected to carry his good run in IPL 2021 as he also looked in fine touch in the three-match ODI series against India.
