A 23- page dossier handed over to Pakistan during the Kartarpur Corridor modalities at Wagah, by the Indian delegation details how pro-Khalistani elements have a free run within Pakistan. In the July 14 meeting, Pakistan promised that it would not allow anti-India activity. Zee Media Newsroom has access to the 23-page dossier handed to Islamabad on pro-Khalistani activities in Pakistan. India shared this dossier with Pakistan during the Kartarpur talks.

Accompanied with pictures, the dossier gives details of anti-India activity in Pakistan especially to target Sikh devotees and of groups including Sikhs For Justice (SFJ) operating freely in Pakistan. SFJ was recently banned by India.

Among the pictures is one of Gopal Singh Chawla meeting Hafiz Saeed, designated as a terrorist by the United Nations and the mastermind of the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks.

Going as far back as 2016, India has listed the instances of pro-Khalistan activity, especially when Sikh devotees visited Pakistan. It says that on November 14 – during the celebration of Guru Nanak Jaynti – pro-Khalistani radical Sikh groups set up the usual Khalistan stage at Nankana Sahib. The meetings were convened by Avtar Singh Sanghera, Manmohan Singh Bajaj, Tara Singh, Joga Singh, Satinder Pal Singh and Gopal Singh Chawala.
