    Pakistan PM Nawaz Sharif during a speech on Friday at US Institute of Peace said that India's military build-up would force Pakistan to take 'deterrent measures'.

    He also spoke about India-Pakistan NSA-level talks which were cancelled during September. "India needs to engage in dialogue on Kashmir," he said. 

    "The talks cancelled over a flimsy issue. They were cancelled after ceasefire violations along LoC," he said.
