Happy Birthday Superstar Rajinikanth: Dhanush reminds us of swag of superstar with new poster of 'Kaala'

Superstar Rajinikanth turns a year older today. Southern superstar who enjoys a huge fan base and is known as the 'Boss' of Indian cinema turns 67 today.

Rajini mania strikes Chennai every year as fans leave no stone unturned to celebrate his birthday or even a film release . So this year, his son-in-law turned producer, Dhanush decided to gift his fans a fresh poster of his upcoming film Kaala. Perfectly timed, Kaala poster showcases swag of superstar. The actor who plays a gangster in the film is flaunting his salt and pepper look on the big screen for the first time and looks uber hot. Dressed in a greasy shirt and stylish glares, Thalaiva defies age with his swag once again.​

The film is said to be one of the most awaited films of 2018. With an interesting mix of actors from South as well as Hindi film industry, Kaala also stars Huma Qureshi, Nana Patekar, Anjali Patil,and Samuthirakani in the lead. The plot revolves around a man who escapes from Chennai and ends up being a gangster in Dharavi slums of Mumbai.Produced by Dhanush, the film is directed by Pa Ranjith who gave us 2016 Rajini hit, Kabali. 

Rajini's co-star Huma Qureshi also wished Thalaiva on his birthday and expressed her joy of working with the one and only Rajini sir.

With no Rajini releases this year, his 67th year is going to be doubly special for fans as he has two films up for release - Kaala and 2.0.
