Ewan McGregor still in love with Princess Leia from 'Star Wars'

Scottish actor Ewan McGregor has revealed that he is still in love with Princess Leia from Star Wars.

McGregor, 39, who played Obi-Wan Kenobi in three prequels to the original series, said he is 'deeply in love' with feisty Leia, played by Carrie Fisher.

Although happily married, the actor confessed his devotion to the princess at a special charity screening to mark the 30th anniversary of The Empire Strikes Back.

"I've spent a great many years being deeply, deeply in love with Princess Leia," the Daily Telegraph quoted him as saying.

"There's still a part of my heart that is quite deeply in love with her - both as a character and an actress," he added.
