Sonu Sood has been shooting for 'Acharya' with Chiranjeevi directed by Koratala Siva.
Sonu Sood is all set to be seen in an important role in Chiranjeevi starrer Acharya. The actors have been shooting for the film in full swing and recently, Sonu shared an interesting anecdote on a talk show. The Dabangg actor made an appearance on We The Women, wherein he spoke at length about the change 2020 brought in his life. For the uninitiated, Sonu is touted as the Messiah of the migrants as he helped them reach their hometown during the coronavirus lockdown.
During the session, Sonu recalled a recent incident about Chiranjeevi not hitting him during an action sequence. He stated, "We were doing an action sequence and Chiranjeevi sir said, 'You being in the film is a big problem for us because I can't hit you in the action scene.' He said if he does that people will curse him. There was another sequence where he was placing his feet on me but that too was reshot."
Sonu further shared that the script of another Telugu film has been changed now keeping his new off-screen image on mind.
Talking about his upcoming project, Sonu went on to share, "I am getting all hero roles now. I have got four-five brilliant scripts. Let’s hope. It’s new beginnings. It is a new pitch and it will be nice and fun."
On Sunday, Sonu sent his love and wishes for Chiranjeevi on his Twitter page. He wrote, "One of the nicest and the most humble actor I have worked with is undoubtedly @KChiruTweets. Love you Chiru sir."
To which the Megastar replied, "Thank you @SonuSood. You are one of the finest human beings. Keep up your amazing work to help the needy & keep inspiring lakhs more. More power to you! You deserve all the recognition for your golden heart!"
