Meet four siblings of Mishra family who cracked UPSC within 3 years to become IAS, IPS officers

The first one to crack the UPSC exam in 2013 was Yogesh Mishra, who became an IAS officer.

We read many UPSC success stories every day. We read about the different hurdles that every IAS, and IPS officer crosses to crack the UPSC exam. Their dedication and their nonshivering will become examples to the next lot and many seek motivation from them. In this article, we will talk about Four siblings who have made their mark as civil servants. 

All four of the siblings in this Uttar Pradesh-based family cracked the most competitive exams to become IAS-IPS officers. From Pratapgarh, Uttar Pradesh comes the Mishra family. Yogesh Mishra, who was appointed as an IAS officer, was the first person to pass the UPSC exam in 2013. In 2015, his sister Madhavi Mishra joined the IAS as well, following in his footsteps.

The eldest sister, Kshama Mishra, passed the exam on fourth attempt in 2016 and became an IPS officer. The younger brother, Lokesh Mishra, too fulfilled his goal of becoming an IAS official.

Currently, Kshama Mishra is serving as Commandant of the State Police Line in Bangalore. IAS officer Yogesh Mishra is employed by the Ordnance Factory. Deputy Commissioner in the Jharkhand district of Ramgarh is Madhavi Mishra and Lokesh Mishra is serving as DCC in the Jharkhand district of Koderma.

Lokesh completed an engineering degree from IIT Delhi. Same as Yogesh, he completed sociology as an elective. Kshama Mishra, the youngest of the four siblings, passed the test in 2015. She obtained 172 AIR and joined the IPS. All four of the siblings were IAS-IPSs in three years, which is one of the most prestigious positions in India.

The four siblings have accomplished such great things that they serve as examples for others. Father Anil Mishra also believes that this is the result of their hard work.
